What a magnificent experience we had this weekend at our first annual Boys To Men New England/Northeast Rite of Passage Adventure Weekend. I witnessed so much magic happen. We greeted 23 boys on Friday night to begin their adventure and on Saturday night we recognized and celebrated 23 new Journeymen (boys on their Journey to manhood). The changes we witnessed were amazing. All of these boys showed so much courage and trusted us to help them begin their journeys into manhood. We saw boys that came in not knowing how to control their anger and leaving feeling the positive power they can use for good in the world. We saw boys go from believing they weren’t good enough to knowing & believing that they are. We helped them reach new heights.

We were blessed with a full moon, sun and rain and we took full advantage of all of them.

We had 4 sets of brothers go through the weekend. There were 4 fathers of initiates on the weekend. In addition we had 4 father/son (JMen) teams that played key roles as the Swordsmen and Archetypes.

We created new JMen groups in CT and Brattleboro VT . We expanded the JMen ranks in NY and Canada as well.

We had a truly International event, with staff and initiates from CA, DC,VA, VT, MA, NY, CT and Canada.

We welcome all Men to come be a part of this amazing Journey. Watch for the announcement of our upcoming Men(tor) training called Reclaiming Your Teenage Fire that is being planned for the weekend of October 17th.
